The Services may contain links to third-party sites or tools. BMG is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BMG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
